Life Changes and Social Support: Stress and Its Moderators.

Abstract

This report reviews the relationship between life changes and social support. Research on this relationship is discussed in terms of stress and its moderators. Stress, environmental moderators (such as social support) and personality are viewed as influences over a person's vulnerability to demands and challenges. (Author)
