Abstract

Indian Lake Dam is located on White Creek, a tributary of Meshoppen Creek in the southwestern part of Bridgewater Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. The onsite inspection of Indian Lake Dam consisted of: Visual inspection of the embankment, abutments, and embankment toe; Visual examination of the spillway and its components, the downstream end of the outlet pipe, and the outlet works control structure; and Evaluation of downstream area hazard potential.
