Education Career Ladder, AFSC 751X0. Volume II.

Abstract

Overall, the Education career ladder was found to be a fairly homogenous ladder, with all members primarily involved with advising and enrollment tasks dealing with various Air Force and off-duty education programs. However, with many functions such as educational counseling and testing being handled by civilians, much of the job being done is administrative in nature. As a result, it appears that some classification action is warranted if the Education ladder is to remain a viable ladder within the Air Force classification system. (Author)
