Strategic Industry Attack.

Abstract

This report describes an industrial simulation model, INDATAK, which has been developed by The BDM Corporation for the Defense Nuclear Agency. The INDATAK model provides a quantitative means of estimating the impact of interruption or destruction of one or more critical elements of a major Soviet industry. Thus, INDATAK can be used to measure the economic impact and estimate the effect on Soviet war fighting capability of an attack on the industrial installations and/or the supporting transportation network.
