MM&T: Testing of Electro-Optic Components

Abstract

Current optical component testing methods were reviewed. Suggested optical testing procedures and standards related to production testing were presented. Optical transfer functions and related applications were reviewed. New approach to production testing of optical components including an analog OFT measurement was laboratory demonstrated.
