2.06 Micrometer Wide Bandwidth Detector Assembly.

Abstract

This program demonstrated that high performance, wide bandwidth mercury cadmium telluride photoconductor detectors can be fabricated with a spectral peak at 2.06 micrometers. Detectivity at a frequency of 10 Mega hertz are on the order of 2 x 10 to the 11th power to 7 x 10 to the 11th power cmHz 1/2/w-1 at an operating temperature of 235 degrees Kelvin. This performance was achieved using standard procedures for processing 10 micron thick mercury cadmium telluride detectors.
