Existence and Regularity of Solutions of Inhomogeneous Porous Medium Type Equations.

Abstract

A class of singular parabolic equations is studied. It is proved that an initial and boundary value problem associated with the equation has a bounded solution which is continuous in the interior of its domain of definition. The case of the inhomogeneous porous medium equation with bounded initial data is included. (Author)
