Automated Testing of Microprocessor Characteristics in Radiation Environments.

Abstract

Summary of tasks performed in compliance with contract requirements. In particular: initial results for automated test procedure for RCA CDP 1802 microprocessor; interfacing magnetic bubble memory to microcomputer and generating memory exercise procedures for radiation effects testing; setting up and testing basic elements of a centralized microprocessor automated testing facility; design and fabrication of portable, pulsed-exposure test system; adaptation of portable system to TMS 9900; software development for running test system with TMS 9900.
