Functioning Time of Air-Burst Fuzes

Abstract

This TOP describes procedures for measuring the elapsed time between the instant of firing (time zero) and the air-burst of a fuzed warhead. Weapon firing conditions such as elevation, zone, temperature, and sample size are covered in TOP 4-2-055.
