A Detailed Review of the TACWAR Model

Abstract

A review of the TACWAR theater-level combat simulation model has been completed as an initial prerequisite to the primary objective of augmenting TACWAR to include Command, Control, and Communications Degradation considerations. This review has revealed a number of logic and programming bugs in the model that could also have remained undetected in other versions of the model throughout the TACWAR community of interest. It is the intent of the author to help the community eliminate these potential errors by cataloging them point by point and by recommending corrections.
