New Systems of Food Service Management for the Air Force

Abstract

This report presents a comprehensive analysis of feasible alternatives to current Air Force food services including appropriated and non- appropriated fund operations. The definition, development and analysis of each alternative is presented with a justification delineating the costs and benefits when compared to the current system. The alternatives range from one organization having complete responsibility for all food service operations on a base to minor changes and improvements in the current system.
