Abstract

The purpose of the inspection is to determine if the dam constitutes a hazard to human life or property. Duck Harbor Pond Dam is located on Little Equinunk Creek in Damascus Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. Downstream conditions indicate that a significant hazard classification is warranted for Duck Harbor Pond Dam. The overall appearance of the dam and appurtenant structures is good.
