GaAs Analog Integrated Circuits for Microwave Applications.

Abstract

The objective of the first phase of the GaAs Analog Integrated Circuits program is to develop several monolithic circuits which can be used as building blocks in a 360 deg continuously variable phase shifter. The circuits are to be designed, fabricated and tested to determine how they will perform in a hybrid and later a completely monolithic phase shifter. The circuits required include microwave analog multipliers at 10 GHz, a quadrature phase splitter and appropriate input and output circuits.
