Abstract

The purpose of this seminar was to provide a forum for Corps of Engineers personnel who are responsible for the development and implementation of water quality data collection programs. Topics addressed during the seminar include sampling program design, laboratory analysis, instrumentation reliability, interagency cooperation, data interpretation and contracting procedures. Eleven papers presented during the seminar are provided, along with a seminar summary and discussion.
