Arabian Sea Project of 1980: The Development of Infrared Imagery Technique

Abstract

A technique was developed for determining the mesoscale features of the Arabian Sea. This technique utilizes infrared image data recorded by satellite. These data were enhanced and interpreted at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography Remote Sensing Facility.
