Indo-American Relations in the 1980's,

Abstract

This paper comments on some of the more peripheral aspects of the interactions between the American Embassy in New Delhi and the Indian government and public, and the environment in which these occur, as they seem to the author to be of some importance in the execution of the Embassy's functions and responsibilities.
