Program for Automated Holographic Data Reduction

Abstract

An automated program for reducing data from holographic reconstructions of particle fields is described. The instrumentation is based on the optical measurements of the Quantimet-720 Image Analyzing Computer. The focal plane detection of individual images is particularly emphasized by theoretical derivations and by experimental results.
