Report of Survey of Corps of Engineers Construction Workforce.

Abstract

This survey of the Corps of Engineers construction workforce has two primary objectives: To develop an empirical basis for determining employment benefits due to construction of Corps projects; To develop an empirical basis for determining the socioeconomic impacts of the workforce utilized for Corps project construction on local communities. This study is based on a 51-project sample selected from 136 projects under construction during 1979. (Author)
