Abstract

A compilation of the papers presented at the Third Biennial Maintenance Training and Aiding Conference sponsored by the Naval Air Systems Command (Code AIR 340F) and hosted by the Human Factors Laboratory, Naval Training Equipment Center. The papers address the role of job aiding and performance in the capability development and training of the maintenance technician. The integration of aiding and training appears needed in meeting the maintenance requirements of the Navy's increasingly sophisticated equipment. (Author)
