Pension Losses of Contractor Employees at Federal Installations can be Reduced.

Abstract

This report discusses how some contractor employees lost pension benefits, although they continued to work at Federal installations, because contractors were replaced. Government-wide adoption of pension protection arrangements similar to those used by the Department of Energy could reduce such losses. (Author)
