Navy Technology Transfer Program FY 79 Summary Statistics.

Abstract

This book summarizes the 261 projects, which the Navy undertook in FY 1979 for sponsors from federal agencies (includes DOD), state and local governments, industry and small businesses, and non-profit institutions. The Program also provided unique services not in competition with the private sector. The book's scope does not encompass controls of foreign technology transfer in any sense.
