Abstract

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PRESENT CONTRACT HAVE BEEN TO DEVELOP OR ADAPT FABRICATION AND MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES FOR EVALUATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF NEW ELECTROMAGNETIC OR ELECTROOPTICAL MATERIALS INCLUDING NEW COMPOUNDS AND ALLOYS. This effort has been performed in support of the research programs conducted within the Materials Characterization Branch of the Solid State Sciences Laboratory fo the Deputy for Electronic Technology of the Rome Air Development Center.
