Analyses of Pretrained Individual Manpower Strengths and Training.

Abstract

This study reviews Pretained Individual Manpower strength, management, and training issues, and recommends management and policy changes to be undertaken by the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Military Services. Pretrained individuals considered in this report are defined as military personnel not on active duty or in Selected Reserve units who are qualified and available for service upon mobilization.
