Radar Analysis and Test of a Bullet Hit Indicator

Abstract

This report presents theoretical analysis and data analysis pertaining to tests performed by Cartwright Engineering Inc. during the week of 17 November 1980 at Test Area 1, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The unit under test was a brassboard Bullet Detection System (BDS). The BDS is intended to be used as a target scoring device for 20-millimeter projectiles.
