Abstract
This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. The Phase I Inspection of the Larkin Creek Dam did not indicate conditions which would constitute an immediate hazard to human life or property. The hydrologic/hydraulic analysis indicates that the spillway is capable of passing the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) with a foot of freeboard. Therefore, the spillway is assessed as adequate according to the Corps of Engineers' screening criteria. (Author)
