Abstract

This report describes the work performed in the second year of the three-year contract to explore the application of symbolic processing to command and control (C2); specifically, the graphics interface between the C2 user and a complex C2 decision support system. Volume III contains the programs that manipulate the knowledge base and provide the active behavioral component of the system.
