SAIL User Guide for Running the HULL and EPIC3 Codes

Abstract

This report serves as documentation on the SAIL executive processor system. SAIL is a user-oriented computer program which was designed to manage large files of FORTRAN code to facilitate code development and management. The use of SAIL permits automatic selection and expansion of the FORTRAN source in an attempt to reduce core and central processor requirements. SAIL is written in FORTRAN for use on CDC, IBM, Honeywell and DEC computers.
