Random Network Generation.

Abstract

This report is a documentation of the computer program that generates a network with specified number of nodes and arcs. It gives the logic of the program, a flowchart representation, and a printout of the program instructions (upon request). Also it gives an example. The program is written in FORTRAN. (Author)
