The Urban and Community Impact Analysis Program, if Retained, will need Major Improvements.

Abstract

This report discusses the Urban and Community Impact Analysis program. It is provided to assist you in determining the future course of the program. It recommends improvements that we consider essential if a decision is made to retain the program. It also contains, for your consideration, other matters which may be helpful to you in revitalizing the program, should it be retained. Because of the short time frame between completion of the draft report and the administration's current deliberations on whether the Urban and Community Impact Analysis program should be retained, we did not obtain Office of Management and Budget comments on the draft report. However, we discussed the draft report findings with Office operating level officials and considered their comments in finalizing the report. (Author)
