Applications in Photoacoustic Spectroscopy.

Abstract

This thesis concentrates on three areas of photoacoustic (PA) spectroscopy: the correlation of experiment to solid state PA theory; electrochemical PA spectroscopy and the characterization of TiO2 semiconductor materials with PA spectroscopy. Results are presented which show the relationship of the PA signal to the volume of the coupling gas, the dropping frequency and the sample concentration. (Author)
