The Critical Technologies Project Executive Summary

Abstract

This report provides an overview of the Critical Technologies Project whose objective is to develop for DoD recommended entries for the Militarily Critical Technologies List (MCTL) in selected technology areas for their consideration as a first step in meeting the Congressional mandate to introduce an MCTL into the export control procedures. This report is an executive summary of work performed by the IDA/DoD/Industry Technical Working Groups (TWGs).
