Abstract

New approaches to organizational research and the creation of innovative devices for carrying out such research were explored in six workshops on the following methodological topics; Innovative Ways of Collecting and Analyzing Qualitative Data; Innovative Ways to Find and Define Research Problems and Questions; Better Ways of Making Judgment Calls in Methodological Decision-Making; Innovative Ways of Cumulating Evidence; Making it Happen: Designing Research with Implementation in Mind; and Innovative Uses of Quantitative Techniques in Organizational Research.
