Joint Logistics Commanders Guide for the Management of Multinational Program,

Abstract

This guide was published with the approval of the undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering and the Joint Logistics Commanders. Its goal is to provide program managers, who have had experience with domestic programs, background and substantive information on the many special and complex features of multinational programs. The guide stresses the need for all managers to consider early in their programs the important objectives of rationalization, standardization, and interoperability (RSI). (Author)
