Automated PCM Encoder Temperature Test,

Abstract

This report describes an automated method for testing PCM encoder for performance through use of microcomputer control and analysis of the test results. The microcomputer sequentially applies to known test input voltage to various inputs of the encoder under test, analyzes the digitally encoded signals from the encoder for a large number of samples, and provides a printout of the test results. A description of computer software and interface hardware necessary for the test is included. (Author)
