Abstract

Lower Rickards is a privately owned dam used for recreational purposes. The dam is in poor condition and the spillway is in good condition. Hydrologic and hydraulic computations indicate that the spillway structure is not capable of discharging the 100-Year event. Thus, the spillway is considered to be 'Inadequate'.
