Aerodynamic Characteristics and Store Loads of a 1/24-Scale F-111 Aircraft Model with Three External Store Loadings

Abstract

The 1/24 scale F-111 aircraft model was tested in the Aerodynamic Wind Tunnel (4T) to obtain simultaneous measurements of the aircraft and store aerodynamic loads. Static stability and store loads data were obtained at 4 wind sweep angles for Mach numbers from 0.6 to 1.2. The angle of attack was varied from -2 to 24 deg and the angle of sideslip was varied from -10 to 10 deg. (Author)
