Abstract

The Lock No. 4 Embankment Waterford Flight Dam is located in the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County, New York, approximately 1/2 mile northwest of the Village of Waterford. The dam is used to maintain a water level for navigational use on the Barge Canal.
