Pilot Economic Analysis of Library Circulation Systems.

Abstract

The results of a study which derived the costs and effectiveness of several local manual circulation systems and a vendor supplied automated circulation system are present. Included is a detailed methodology for deriving the operating costs of library services and guidelines from concept development through the initiation of a request for approval to purchase ADPE.
