Energy Management for Navy Family Housing: A Manual for Voluntary Residential Energy Conservation

Abstract

Declining energy supplies and skyrocketing energy costs have made it essential that the Navy emphasize conservation in all sectors of its activities. This report presents a manual designed to provide housing administrators with a relatively efficient, step-by-step approach to designing and conducting a local energy conservation program over an extended time period. Principles included in the manual were based on results of previous research efforts concerned with energy conservation in the Navy.
