Thermal Properties of Soils.

Abstract

Investigation was performed in order to assist A.F. in evaluating heat flow characteristics of soils. Both field and lab tests were made. Studies performed in south central Nevada showed that temperatures of the soil to a depth of 8-feet were affected by seasonal changes. (Author)
