MX Siting Investigation. Geotechnical Evaluation Conterminous United States. Volume I. Coarse Screening.

Abstract

Coarse screening was designed to provide the technical basis to define reasonable alternative siting areas in which more detailed MX geotechnical and environmental screening studies can proceed. The Basin and Range physiographic province of the western United States appears to be best suited.
