Mammalian Toxicology Testing: Problem Definition Study, Comparison Toxicology Test Costs.

Abstract

A comparison of the costs of carrying out four specific mammalian toxicology tests are summarized in this report. The cost information was based upon recent Environmental Protection Agency reports generated according to specific protocols, prices arrived at through competitive bidding and are of recent origin. The four comparison tests were for chronic rodent inhalation, subchronic rodent oral, acute primate inhalation and subchronic primate inhalation. (Author)
