A Simulation Study of a Decentralized Detection Problem.

Abstract

A (two-person) problem of decentralized observation, detection and coordination is studied via simulation. The effects of the prior probability and parametric dependencies on the decision rules are studied. Sensitivity to the data, asymmetries in the decision rules and other phenomena are investigated.
