Aquifer Testing Dry Lake Valley, Nevada.

Abstract

Results of aquifer testing of the valley-fill aquifer in Dry Lake Valley, Nevada gave a drawdown in the low well of 44.8 feet after 239 hours of pumping at a discharge of 500 gallons per minute. This recovery method gave a transmissivity of 5200 feet 2/day for the shallow aquifer and 6500 feet 2/day for the deeper aquifer. (Author)
