Facilities Readiness Quantification Model Users Manual.

Abstract

This report describes how to use the Facilities Readiness Quantification Model developed by the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratory. This model can be used by Army managers to determine the relative readiness merits of selected projects in the Military Construction, Army (MCA) program. The algorithms required for this model can be prepared manually, or on a programmable calculator. (Author)
