Organizational vs. Subsystem vs. Psychological Climate: What's in a Name?

Abstract

Many recent 'climate' articles have continued in the tradition of theoretical and methodological confusion noted by several reviewers. In the present article, examples of common problem areas are identified, relevant theoretical and methodological points are discussed, and specific recommendations are offered to overcome some of these problems.
