The Cost Effectiveness of the U.S. Marine Corps in the National Defense Structure.

Abstract

The scope of this study is to provide broad coverage on the cost effectiveness of the Marine Corps in the national defense structure by identifying and comparing net benefits associated with alternatives for achieving the same defined goals. This study will also give a projection of costs of the Marine Corps in the mid-range period based on possible deployments to meet anticipated threats and other potential commitments, i.e., RDJTF.
