A New Approach to Euler Splines II.

Abstract

In a previous paper on the subject, the new recursive approach to the exponential Euler splines was used to derive the known properties and some new ones, of these most attractive among cardinal splines. In the present short note, written for Euler's bicentennial of 1983, we show that the new recursive construction leads precisely to the exponential Euler splines.
