Monolithic GaAs Dual-Gate FET Phase Shifter.

Abstract

The processing of the monolithic dual-gate FET phase shifter has been completed, and the rf testing is in progress. The new design of the 360 deg phase shifter has been conceived requiring fewer hybrids. The mask design is in progress.
