Magneto-Optic Materials for Biasing Ring Laser Gyros. Report 4. Properties of Evaporated Fe-Co Alloy Films.

Abstract

The family of binary alloys FexCo1-x for 1< or equal x less than or equal 0 has been fabricated and characterized. Ellipsometric techniques are used to obtain the magneto-optical properties. Their performance as potential magneto-optical biasing elements is described.
